Introduction of everyone including companies one,group activities , in person interview with all managers including all candidates.Switching after every 5mins.final if selected then online testing assessment then finally referees process.

Lengthy. Given too much info at the beginning which makes the employee lost interest talking further. Not a very nice experience. Interrupting while giving answers. Told me to get back with the results within a week but its 3 months not yet heard.

It was in a group interview format with about 14 other people.
Part 1 (Introductions) :
Introducing yourself to the group (both staff and other candidates) which included saying what you have done in the last 6 months as well as something interesting about yourself.
Part 2 (Group Exercise):
Within the group of 15 people, you are required to discuss how you would save 4 out of 6 people from a burning building while leaving 2 behind.
Part 3 (Interviews with staff):
There will be multiple staff from the company who you will do a couple of questions with, each staff member will have about 6 minutes with you and then you will rotate around the room to the next staff member.
Part 4 (testing literacy and error checking):
You will be given two tests, the literacy test (reading a paragraph and answering questions based on that paragraph which are given in multiple choice format) and the error checking test (Two words are side by side, play spot the difference to see what the errors are.

General questions about when you can start and and time off needed in the first 6 months?

Where do you see yourself in two years?
Why have you chosen to apply for this role/ why do you have an interest in working for ACC?
Describe a time you had to learn a difficult task or piece of information and what process you went through to come to terms with learning it?
How have you dealt with a difficult customer?
Other than those questions, you can expect the staff to ask a varying degree of questions surrounding how your background relates to this specific role.
