Accordant (NC) interview questions

Received an email from the recruiter to do a phone interview. Talked about my experience and salary expectations. The salary was only $15 for this role and the manager was not interested in going higher. With my experience, this would be a downgrade. I proceeded with the process to practice my interview skills for better jobs. The in person interview was with the director and two coordinators. They kept emphasizing conflict, which let me know if was a drama filled office with too many catty women. No thank you.

Apply online. Everything else is done telephonically. Speak with recruiter first, who discusses the position/requirements. Recruiter will determine if you’re a good fit for the job and/or company. Will set up a date/time for a phone interview with a manager/supervisor. Prior to interview, you’ll receive a list of questions to ask during role play scenario. Will type up your responses using “stacked” documentation and email it to manager/supervisor. Required to submit a drug test. Will receive offer vial email. MUST SIGN CONTRACT STATING if you leave or are terminated before the first year, you have to repay the cost to get licensed in all 50 states (anywhere from $8-12k) within 10 days.
