Basic computer skills test followed by an immediate interview with management. Go over resume and ask about background/Qualifications. Asked about prior collections experience and asked a few questions on what you would do in various collections situations. Computer test also included grammar and basic math, as well as sending emails and a simple test on googling facts

Interview
You had to take a fairly easy assessment test which included math and reading in addition to your computer as well as internet skills and afterwards you are called in to do an interview. This process could take up to an hour or so. Both the assessment and the interview are fairly easy.

Show up ready to interview. I went just to complete an application but I was interviewed that same day on the spot after I completed my application. I did have a phone screen that occurred earlier that week and I was drug tested the same day. Drink some liquids so that you can go do the drug test after your interview. Also dress business or business casual don't wear jeans and flipflops.
