Multiple rounds of interviews with a few different levels of consultants (associate to director) and a take home assignment including a deck and short word memo. In-person interviews towards the end.

Question 1
Describe the ESG landscape with the context of corporate ESG.
Talked with multiple different people in the company, from a number of different locations, about interest and competencies in ESG, style of work, work ethic and so on. The people were nice and enjoyed the process.

Interview
Unorganized. submitted a writing sample on a very old laptop with very little battery life. The office was extremely unkempt. Interviewed with the entire NY staff in what was the most bizarre and random process. Not a good place to work or do business with in my opinion.
