Supplied CV and tailored covering letter via Factorial website to apply for job. No contact numbers given but good job description and hours /pay seemed reasonable with plenty of information. Took a long time to respond but then got an email asking for a 5 minute video of myself speaking about how I align with the values. No contact email or telephone number providing so initially seemed a bit dodgy as the email seemed to come from a automated random email address. Spent time writing and recording a video which was 5 minutes long. Information on the companies values was buried in there website and only seemed accessible through Factorial and not on company website which seems strange. No return email address provided or portal to upload video to so replied to original email with link to video (because a 5 min video is a very large file. 1 weeks of no response or acknowledgement of email I emailed to random email address to see if they had received it - they had. 2 weeks later - email stating sorry I was no successful with no feedback given. Disappointed with the lack of respect given to candidates given the time put in to filming a video to then receive a standard response with no feedback. This experience has given me the impression that the company is a bit of a disorganised shambles with weel intended but poorly thought through ideas.
