Thank you for your time in sharing your feedback on your interviewing experience with us. We are sorry to hear that you do not feel you had a positive phone interview experience with us.
We make our best effort to ensure our Hiring Managers and candidates are informed of whom they will be speaking with and for what position they are interviewing for by providing a follow-up email confirmation with these details. In some instances, we have candidates that may apply for one role, but after an initial conversation with either the recruiter or hiring manager, we discover that one’s experience may be better suited for a different position. When this happens, we work to connect that candidate with the hiring manager of this other position to see if this other role is a good fit. I am not sure if this is what happened in this particular instance and where the confusion may have come from. We will continue to strive to provide our candidates with as much information regarding Accusoft, the position, and recruiting process.
