I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Ace Parking (Dallas, TX) in Jan 2020
Interview
It easy process. You need to have your id and SNN with you when you go to the interview. Give them to the interviewer. Chat about your experience with driving cars, how to deal with customers, and if you are able to drive manual vehicles which preferred.
Quick and easy as long as you have the experience. Explain in detail what customer service means in a professional manner and you are more likely to get a call back.
At the lobby of a mall because the office doesn't have room to do and interview it was weird but not the strangest I guess. Could be in the parking lot
I applied online. I interviewed at Ace Parking (San Diego, CA) in Apr 2023
Interview
I attended a hiring event where I had a group interview with several other candidates. The questions were simple and behavioral, and recruiters were professional. They offered me the job on the spot and I began onboarding at the event.
