I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Achievement First in Jul 2015
Interview
It was LONG! I submitted my info via email which was customary at the time. I was called for a phone interview a few weeks later. After my phone screen I was asked to fill out the paperwork again online because the system to submit applications changed. I was then given an assignment: complete a project plan, complete a timed online test of Microsoft excel and complete a one way video interview. I waited several weeks for a response before I was told in a mass email that I was not being considered for the position. Several months passed and I received an email asking if I was still interested in the position because the Director of School Operations (DSO) would like to interview me. Within 2 weeks, I completed another phone screen, an in person interview and had a job offer. The DSO told me that she didn't want to miss out on a potentially great hire because I don't speak Spanish.

Interview
I met with the Operation direction and manager and they were both very pleasant. After the formal 1: 1 I had to complete a skills test. Overall it was a positive experience.

Question 1
The most difficult part was the skills test. It was pretty vague but as long as you give it 100% that is all you could do at that moment
