The whole process had 3 interviews,
1: Hr screening
2: 30min chat with hiring manager
3: mock cold call exercise
The interviews took around 2 weeks, got the result by 3rd week
The interview involves conducting a role-play cold call to capture interest, identify challenges, present a solution, address objections, and secure a follow-up meeting for further discussion. Behavioural half as well.
