Interview
The interview involved a series of questions that discussed my sales experience and my work in customer service. They had sales scenarios that we had to answer and tell how we would handle situation. We were asked how we would interact with an irate manager. We were also asked how we would deal with the competition as far as taking our space. We were told that we needed to have computer and sell phones to carry out job effectively. The interview lasted an hr and it was an interesting process and not difficult. The process started with a phone interview and then an interview in person and then a call about 2 days later.
