Interview
Multi-step interview process with the initial interview lasting about 20 min. with a focus on presenting the organization to you to see if you'll be a good fit. The second step was a casual interview that lasted about an hour where the interviewer takes you for coffee and dives into more detail about the organization and job responsibilities. The final step is a closing interview that takes about 20 min. where you have the opportunity to ask questions about the organization.
Dear Sir or Madam,

Interview
Standard interview process. The recruiter kept saying the company is getting hundreds of candidates on a daily basis. After the interview, the recruiter asked me to fill out a form that would determine whether I would proceed to a third round of interviews, but I never received the form.

Interview
I had my first interview via video and was asked on the spot to be there Monday morning at 9:30 for my second interview. When I got there there was 5 other people waiting to interview too. The office was complete chaos and we waited for over an hour to actually be interviewed. All throughout my interview they told me how much growth is available at this company but never what my job description really was. After the second interview they asked me to fill out a questionnaire and that I would also be having my third interview on the spot. I was brought back into another office after waiting quite some time where I was then offered a job on the spot. After leaving the office I thought of all of the questions I should've asked so I emailed the girl I did my interview with to get those answers before moving forward with the offer and never received a response. I had a gut feeling something wasn't right about this company/job offer. I did my research that night and found reviews from people who word for word experienced what I did while being in the office. They lie to you about what your job title will really be and make it seem like you will be doing office work but in reality you will be sent off after the morning meeting to be a sales rep, not a marketing assistant. Do not fall for this scheme.
