Dear Sir or Madam,
Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback regarding your interview with Acquire. We sincerely apologize for giving a negative impression and will work with our management team to find areas of our interview process that could use some improvement. With that said, we would like to say that is very odd to us that you felt a lack of positive energy in our building because typically we hear the opposite. We have actually been given feedback in the past about having almost too much positivity if that is possible. However, if that is how you felt, then something in the building must have been different that day, which we genuinely apologize for and will make a conscious effort to not allow that to happen again. Again, this feedback is truly appreciated and we will use it as a teaching moment for our team.
