There were several people waiting to be interviewed when I was there for my first interview. I noticed that with other companies I interviewed with at the time too due to Raleigh growing so fast and so many people moving here for jobs. There was a steady conversation going on though, which was nice and made me forget that I was nervous about my interview. All in all, it was a really nice interview experience. Nice building, very friendly people, and I felt like everything ran very seamlessly. This was gonna be a slight pay cut from my previous job but I also had no opportunities to move up in the last company I worked for. The opportunity here is why I accepted the job offer and I felt like that was explained well in my interview. The manager who interviewed me was brutally honest and basically laid it all out almost as if he didn't want me to take the job because it is completely different from all of my previous work experience. I seriously appreciated that type of honesty! Side note: I've read other reviews on here that say they felt deceived by information they got in the interview, which made me a little nervous going into my interview, but now it makes me wonder if they just didn't want to hear what was being said if it didn't have the "cool" factor they were looking for... I know the manager doesn't do every single interview so I understand everyone may not have the same experience that I had but it's just a thought.

There was a 3 round interview process where I spoke about my experience, learn more about Acquire, and what I and looking for in my next opportunity. I was able to ask as many questions as I needed. The team was very welcoming and also responded quickly with an offer after the interview process.
