The interview moved relatively quickly. I got calls within the next telling me what the next steps were and they were more than willing to answer my questions. After applying online, I received a call about a week later asking for an interview. I interviewed with one person (my direct supervisor) in the first interview. A lot of off the wall questions - they weren't necessarily difficult, just caught me off guard. My second interview was a week and a half later, and I met with the HR Manager, the president, and my direct supervisor again. The questions from the HR Manager and president were a lot more straightforward and conversational at times, trying to get a feel for what kind of person I am. My direct supervisor was still a little more off the wall, but at this point he was also a bit more conversational. Overall easy and painless interview process. I had to submit to a criminal background check, drug test, physical, etc along with a few skills tests for relevant job skills, including Microsoft Office and a general accounting skill test.

Interview
H.R. asked questions. What are your strengths, weaknesses, skills, etc. Pretty ordinary questions in the interview. Then she sent the immediate supervisor to ask questions. Then they brought me back for the comptroller to ask questions. Sent in for drug test, criminal background, credit check and driving record, although I wasn't a driver or working with money. Took a while to get an offer. Seemed like nice people.
