The real part that was extremely negative is the CTO Round . He was not able to explain the question and asked some really out of the blue questions irrelevant to the technical aspects . My advice is to please close this CTO Round. The company might loose some talented or ready to learn because of this CTO Round. Extremely disappointed with his approach of hiring candidates. About Initial Rounds : Rounds were basically of moderate level. Few questions on Java and programming concepts.

The company thoughts are very good and innovating. but the interview process is not to thee par. No relevance to CV No punctuality of the interviewer (Need to wait for 1 hr from schu time) No point of contact and also Outcome of interview is not communicated properly
