I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at ActiveCampaign (Dublin, Dublin)
Interview
I was referred for a role in the Customer Success team in Dublin. I had initial call with HR and then another call with one of the team managers and director of CSM - all based in Chicago. The manager that is supposed to be coming to Dublin couldn't make the interview. I found the questions fairly accessible, nothing too complicated, nothing too scary. My impression after the call was that I did well. But a couple of days later I received an email from HR advising that it was great to meet me but they wouldn't be going ahead with my candidacy. I replied asking for feedback as it would be very useful to know why they didn't think I was a good fit, but I haven't heard back. It's a pity, as I spent time preparing for the calls, researching the product, downloading the tool and of course dedicated time to interviews. I understand that they have to get back to a lot of candidates, but if the candidates come from referrals it would be a good practice if they at least got feedback.

Next step was to meet with the hiring leader. The third step was to meet with the hiring leader's boss and two peers. The final step was a mock coaching session.

The interview process was seamless and took around 3-weeks from initial phone screen through final offer. You could really tell that each step had a specific purpose and they knew what they were looking for!
