I was in a small room at a table and they had pairs of people in the department cycle through and talk to me about aspects of my resume. Most of them were really relaxed about it. Probably only two really drilled me. They were nice people, mostly Asian men. The office is right by the airport, and on the bay (not the beautiful part of the bay) but still, on the bay. This biggest issue I had with it is that they did not reimburse all of my expenses for the interview. I had to fly cross-country and stay overnight, and they only reimbursed a limited amount of money.
