Phone Screen Interview
The first round was a phone screening conducted by a recruiter. This conversation focused on my background, relevant experience, and understanding of the role. In-Person Interview
The second round was an in-person interview with the hiring manager and potentially a team member. This round went deeper into my technical expertise and practical experience. I was asked to walk through specific projects, explain my decision-making process, and demonstrate how I approach real-world challenges.

Question 1
Walk through specific projects from the past experience.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Acumen in Apr 2023
Interview
First portion consisted of them asking me to complete a Data Analysis exercise (which was inappropriate considering the position I was applying for). Following the Data Analysis exercise, I was interviewed by two emotionless, robotic Analysts over zoom about the exercise. Both of them were quiet throughout the whole call and had no questions about the exercise. Felt like a waste of everyone's time. HR was very responsive throughout the process, so that was a plus.

Informational phone call first. If you pass, then you receive an assignment. If you pass, then you are invited to 3 hours of back-to-back interviews for "on-site." About 1-2 weeks between each round. On-site also had a logic test.
