I had a first interview with the hiring manager. He was friendly and wouldn't say too much about their products as they are not released yet. But, I felt it went well and he immediately offered a second interview. Before moving to second interview, I got asked for a salary range for the position by the HR coordinator. They cancelled my interview basically saying that my range was too high - which was absolutely a standard range for UXR in tech, esp with a company that has tons of VC.
