Interview
First i met with the Recruiter which took an hour. Good conversation. I was then invited to meet with the HR Director via Teams. That also went well. I got invited for a 3rd interview to meet with more leadership. I was excited and thought that interview went well. Fast forward a few days i sent a follow up email thanking the recruiter and HR director for their time and if there was anything they needed from me. Nothing back. I then sent a text to the recruiter on possible next steps and if there is anything he needed from me. Nothing back. Completely ghosted. I never received a rejection email, no text or phone call. This is absolutely unprofessional. It's been 1 month and haven't heard anything.

Interview
Very simple and informative. Only two interviews and the information provided was essential to making a good decision. Met with the HR Team and Leadership Team separately. Toured the building, even met with workers along the way.

Interview
Very inviting and open. It was more of an open discussion and never felt "interviewed" or interrogated. The first interview was with the hiring manager and then, since this was for a management (and new) position, they had the second interview as a board with senior leadership. It was very open and discussion based; they asked about ideas and experiences. Very comforting.
