Interview Process The interview process was well-structured and professional. I went through multiple rounds that focused on role-relevant skills and practical scenarios. The interviewers were knowledgeable and the discussions were meaningful. Background verification was initiated after the interviews, including checks with my previous supervisors. Outcome I cleared all interview rounds and the background verification. However, the offer was not released after the medical check-up due to a heart condition (HCM) identified during the evaluation. Feedback While I understand the importance of medical assessments, the role was corporate and non-physical in nature, and the condition would not have impacted job performance. A more role-specific medical evaluation or clearer communication at the final stage could improve the overall candidate experience.
