This is a 3 round interview process. The 1st round interview is very straight foward & transparent. They want to find how it can fit for your skillset. 2nd Round interviews go deeper into pay, schedule, & the business model for advancement. Lastly, the 3rd is a recap of how your interview process went & they test you on the understanding of how the industry.
