I worked with a Recruiter and he outlined my expectations extremely clearly. Interviewed with the CEO, the team, and had a 3 hour onsite (vs other companies who make you work on presentations for days)

I had a 45-minute interview with the CEO and another employee. Interview was fine but I didn't really like the vibe I got from the CEO. There was no job posting and so the structure and expectations of the position were not super clear. No indication of hours or salary.
