First round- phone call with recruiting team Second round- interview day. You shadow a current employee, then have an interview with two higher ups. They will ask you typically 5 questions including: 1. Describe a hardship you went through and how you handled it. 2. Describe an app and sell it to us.

Interview
Contacted by Addison recruiters on LInkedin, email, and phone calls several times with roles they want to interview me for. Respond showing interest to roles and with requested info. Get no response for a couple days, send a follow to them, consistently ghosted.
Had a 30 minute interview where they mainly asked about my previous job experience and told me more about the position. I previously worked a sales position and they asked a bunch of questions about what I did in that position.

Interview
Had a great initial phone screening, and then proceeded to talk to the manager at Addison Group for a 2nd round and I was extremely disappointed. He did not seem like he was interested in me as a candidate but rather meeting me out of obligation and formality. I did attempt to create some rapport, but only interviewed with standard questions for 10 minutes then proceeded to ask "What questions do you got?", interview was over within 20 minutes which was the shortest 2nd round interview I've ever had. Haven't heard anything from the team since the interview, it's been 2+ weeks.
