Round:
Basic HR call for understanding a candidate's profile, experience, and expertise. On the same day again got a call to schedule a Technical Interview.
Round 2 (Technical Telephonic):
It started with basic oops and then some technical questions related to android and kotlin, It was good then they assigned me a practical task, I submitted that task on the given time.
I have a discussion with companies director about the practical and some basic questions about my background and experience.
After 2 days I asked for a feedback and I got answer from HR they will update me. This process continues for 2-3 days more and then HR asked me about my expectation of salary package which was 9.6 LPA / year and on the next day they informed me that My experience and skills are not upto the mark so they have not selected me.
I can't understand the process,
1) You do conversation with candidate and found might be the right candidate than schedule a telephonic.
2) After telephonic you belive this candidate might be the good fit for the organization and assign the practical task.
3) After putting 100% values to the practical they take a time to review and,
At last asking about salary again and inform the candidate your skills are not upto the mark.
My Advice:
Find some good company who are ready to pay as per your skills and experience. With this company If you are experienced and demanding a high package(which is for them only because it's as per the standard salary)
Don't Apply for this company if you apply for a senior position and don't want to waste your time.
