So, first is the introductory call, where they access your communication style, understanding level and little bit about your background. In this round they just see if you could fit into compony or no, Then teh technical Round and finally HR ROund.

Interviewer was just asking basic introduction and then ask C++ pointers & OOPS Question and then he ask some casual stuffs like hobbies and was saying you will not proceed to next round
