They had a test to check for your attention to detail etc and the normal interview via a phone call. They sent the tests and then scheduled a call and then an internet strength test. They then sent the background check documents to be uploaded online.

straight forward about my experience and work, and ask if i am a people peroson. Really sales driven. The manager is nice and frank. The office looks good and spacious. A professional firm. But seems staff tunrover is quite high.

Simple and easy process with 2 rounds- both were good- and more informative - what they are looking for in brief both were video call rounds and had set of question they asked for.
