Every consultant has his/her own format.
One time I took a different format of file from a previous consultant and asked:
"Can I just give this to you?"
She said no, I need to write a new one in her format while the majority of content is the same.
Even though I simply copied and pasted,
it is still very waste of time.

I have applied for multiple short term administative contract job because I am preparing for the exam of Master degree application, so I want to find some less stressful, no-need-to-work-overtime jobs.
Every recruiter at Adecco contacted me with this question: What major you are going to study?
Some even ask: What kind of exam you need to prepare?
What does it related to the jobs I am applying to?
Those are personal questions and they asked simply because they wanted to know.
It's very unprofessional and inappropriate.
A lot of complaints arose in Qollie(Taiwan dicussion website) talking about Adecco recruiter. They said the high management level personnel are the same. Unprofessional and selfish.
