I was quickly sent an email to schedule the initial phone interview. After talking with the recruiter they sent me the personality test and an IQ test. They take these tests quite seriously so for the IQ test make sure you answer all the questions before the 15 minute time limit is up. The personality test, I gave them answers that I thought would align well with the job. I was asked to do it again and gave them real answers the second time and it went well. Two weeks later did face to face with hiring manager and lead. First you have to take the IQ test again to prove it was legit. Then like a 30 minute interview. Two weeks later offer.
