Went through several rounds of interview
met with director and sr. Directors. It looked everything went well but then never heard back from HR after that even after several follow-ups. It is shameful that a company that pretends to encourage engagement with customers can not follow its own advice.

The process was very effective and fast. There were 8 rounds of interviews. It took around 2 months to finish all the interview rounds. There was clear communication from the beginning and further Feedbacks for all the interviews

I was referred internally at Adobe. I had one phone call with a recruiter, who told me I would hear back most likely in the next day or two, and then I was ghosted. I've heard great things about working at Adobe, but their recruitment process needs more class.
