I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Adobe
Interview
I had two phone interviews and two video interviews. All interviewers were friendly and easy to talk to. The interviews ranged from 30-45 minutes. They wanted to get to know me as well as make sure I understood Adobe, the team, and the role.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Adobe in Jul 2022
Interview
The recruiter was 20 minutes late so we only had 10 minutes to talk (she didn't ask to reschedule or anything). She didn't tell me anything about the company but only asked me questions. She couldn't answer any of my questions about the position. You could tell I was just a number and I didn't matter. Funny thing is, she reached out to me. Told me I would hear back and never heard from her again.
Probably the weirdest interview I've ever had.

Question 1
Are you vaccinated? Are you able to come into the office? What are you looking for?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Adobe (San Francisco, CA)
Interview
Clear interview process, great interviewers. Had three rounds total - one with a recruiter, one with the hiring manager, and final one with team members I would be working with. Interviewers were all kind and informative.
I applied through other source. I interviewed at Adobe in Dec 2020
Interview
The hiring manager contacted me via LinkedIn after I had applied online. She didn't ask me many questions. The interview itself was fairly easy however she took awhile to get back to me. She ultimately told me that she would not be moving forward. Then another manager contacted me to let me know she'd like to talk to me. After I told her I was interested, she went dark on me. I did not hear back. I found the process to be unprofessional and disorganized.
