Interview
It was a Well defined process divided in 4 stages
Firstly resume shortlisting was done based on the requested profile
Then online technical and aptitude test it contained questions related to programing langauges and basic maths mostly probability and aptitude based questions
Then in person technical interview was held, all the interviewers were very calm and respectful, but also had a very professional demeanor
Lastly Human Resource interview was held
it was fine. asked technical questions mainly on java and oops. also asked about recursion. i was bit nervous. Interviewer was cool. Asked about my approach towards question. rest everything went smoothly.
It was a very smooth process. I had 2 rounds of interview. One was the online test and second was the technical/managerial interview. Online test comprised of mcqs regarding HTML, JAVA and web development. The tech interview was mostly based on my resume and skills
