I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Adobe in Apr 2025
Interview
First step was a screening with recruiter followed by 3 other interviews (hiring manager and two other managers on team. The final step was a panel presentation in which you are giving a brief and then present to 5 team members from various roles. The whole process took over 2 months and many hours, I would have appreciated feedback after investing to much time but the recruiter and hiring manager both ghosted me after I didn't get an offer.

Question 1
How would you put together a success plan for a customer that isn't seeing value in their investment.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Adobe (Chicago, IL) in Mar 2025
Interview
Interview process was thorough, straightforward, nothing unexpected. I ultimately withdrew from the process because I did not believe the position would help propel me to where I'm trying to go. Otherwise, positive experience and compelling pay.

Question 1
Tell me about your ability to handle a large book of clients
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Adobe (Stockholm, Stockholm) in Feb 2024
Interview
The interview process seemed quite straightfoward: 3 steps, starting with the meeting with a talent acquisition/HR representative, then a meeting with the hiring manager, and the last meeting being an exercise to present to the team & related managers.
What shocked me though was round 1 with the HR representative, which was a soul-less meeting to fill a questionnaire, plus a very rude attitude. Below some examples.

Question 1
The HR representative showed up, “sorry I’m a couple of minutes late, yes I’m good, you? Ok, why are you here?” I suppose they wanted to know why I applied for the role.
Then proceeded asking me questions off a list, with no empathy nor interest for any of my answers. Particular focus on why/if I left my previous positions and if I'm still employed full time now.
They spent a couple of words about how the process looks like “and if you don’t receive any answer by mid-week next week you can assume we didn’t select you”. I asked if I could reach out to hear feedback, if that would be the scenario - they said it’s not encouraged because they have many candidates.
They left 5 minutes for my questions, and dismissed half of them. One of them was about how success is measured for employees and how growth is valued. Not answered.
