The recruiter was lovely, however, the salary for the role and level of responsibility was very low. It’s great that they’re a female-founded company, but that’s moot if they’re not paying market value to their predominately female workforce. Could be why they recorded profit loss if they’re not attracting the best talent to grow the company post-covid; the website and brand is very dated with poor UX/UI.
