Basic interview, go to warehouse and interview with the HR coordinator, explanation of pay, benefits, sick time, vacation, job opportunities, how you could move up in the company you got your rule book which didn't really mean anything. Talk about how they do not want a union. How to check your pay, setup direct deposit etc. Basically if you have a GED / HS diploma can pass a drug test and have a clean record (for the most part) you can get a job here.
