Advanced Solutions International interview questions

I applied and received a request for a screening call about two weeks later. I immediately gave my availibilities but then it was radio silent om ASI's end for a week. I followed up and received a time for the screening call. All was well and I moved on to the second interview. I was told after the interview that I would be contacted for the fin interview and even received a small hint as to what that will be like. And then radio silent for another week. I followed up twice before getting a canned email about moving to other candidates. I'm sure once you get your foot in the door, ASI is a fantastic place to be. But their recruiting process and timeline needs more work. I can understand that a HR person have a lot on their plates but this is disrespecting everyone's time and energy.
