I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Advantis Medical (Dallas, TX) in May 2022
Interview
The interview process was thorough without being over bearing. It was a 3 step process, first call with an internal recruiter (my recruiter was absolutely amazing), then a virtual interview, and then an in-person interview. All done within a week, and I found out the same day as my in person interview that I got the job. The actual interviews were great, the interviewers were easy to talk to and really great at answering my questions. One of the smoothest and informative interview processes I've been through.

Interview
Met with Recruiter and she was very nice and helpful. Explain the various aspects of the jobs and commission play well and accurately. Base salary seemed reasonable and the seemed like a decent company overall that is growing and scaling.
Fast interview process - get to meet the team in person and shadow the office. Very cool you get to see and experience the average day in the life. Interview is about 3 rounds and you get to meet with a lot of different team members.
