I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Advaxis
Interview
Typical interview process. Interviewed by five people in a round robin kind of format. Very informal. Friendly vibes. You get a feel for the different roles and leadership styles of each supervisor or manager, which is helpful.

I applied for a Metrology/Validation Engineering Co-Op Spring 2017. I got one interview at NJIT campus and the second interview was in person at the company site in princeton, nj. They were really nice people. The first interview was the manager I was going to be working with. The second interview was with HR, 2 people for the Engineering team and the last one was the manager. At the end of the interview I got a tour of the facility but a lot has change building wise since I first interviewed here at the site.
