Interview on teams nice and relaxed, had a good chat and then asked questions about experience and previous roles and how you’d manage certain scenarios. Look into behaviours in units where you could potentially be to get a good idea of how to answer for example psychiatric hospitals residentials

Video interview with two members of management team both take turns to ask questions. Standard interview procedure, some role play questions too. Opportunity to ask questions at the end. Make sure to ask about locations of the units you will be working at as this was NOT made clear to me and ended up being in a completely different location to where the job was advertised!
