AdventHealth Gordon interview questions

Applied online and got a call from their headquarters in Florida and scheduled a phone interview where the same lady asked about my personality and the basic "why us?" as well as why I chose to pursue a career in healthcare. She then scheduled an in person interview at the hospital I applied to where I spoke with 2 managers from different departments and they asked similar questions to see where I would be most comfortable working in department wise. Overall very smooth and everyone has been very sweet and genuine through the process.
