Received email for interview set up within 2 weeks of applying. Virtual interview, with 3 management personnel including director. Friendly interview, 20 minutes or so. Gave an opportunity to ask questions.

Identifying sepsis and describing orders you would typically expect to be ordered.
Very friendly, low key and informative via video call. The interview was scheduled by the recruiter with both the clinical manager and charge nurse...both were friendly and informative.
The position was for ICU at the Waterman location.

General experience, some general situational but not the, "what would you do"...." tell me about an instance where you gave exceptional care" etc. that tend to leave me stammering and racking my brain for a specific instance. I think there are too many to recall specifically tbh.
