Interview
Lengthy interview process that was three parts.
First was with the recruiter on the phone about 30 minutes,
Second was with the hiring manager via zoom about 30 minutes,
Third was with a shadow opportunity that was one hour followed by a 30-minute interview with the team lead. Most of the staff was friendly and professional, the recruiter was easy to talk to as well as the manager and team lead.

Where do you see yourself in five years, Why did you choose Advocate Aurora. I did get asked twice about how I would deal with a difficult coworker in different ways by the manager and team lead.

Applied online receive email to schedule phone call and then zoom meeting waited about 3 weeks after I applied to hear back from Hr, after that went pretty quickly and was given start date about 3 weeks later
