The process was quite lengthy, around 5 months and I never received a proper feedback. All the conversations involving the Tech team were quite good, however, the Recruiting team left me waiting for a feedback for weeks, justifying internal events and how that affected their schedule and their capacity to respond emails. Even if you have internal events with a team or with the whole company, it's time management best practice to reserve some time to answer emails and most importantly, care for your candidates in the selective process. I was initially in a process I applied for, then transferred to a different role that I didn't apply for. Until now, no one got in touch with me to properly explain why I didn't move forward to the second choice. Even if I didn't receive any offer, it's very important to give feedback to people, properly invest in their development. Maybe now I wasn't a good match, but in the future, I could be one. It's the holistic vision of process, experience and branding that I missed in my whole experience with Adyen, and that makes me not want to apply again and loose admiration for the company.
