The interview process itself was pretty straightforward, and in the beginning, they were very proactive and responsive. Then they just completely ghosted me. I reached out to ask where I was in the process, and got no response. A 3rd party recruiter told me that the position may be temporarily frozen, but it’s unclear. I continue to see the position posted to job boards, however. It’s not the best impression. If you interview with them, just be prepared for them to totally ignore you at some point.

tbh it feels a bit like they're just trying to phish for free ideas for their own business expansion as I was told I did very well on the case but was eventually rejected due to some "background fit reasons", which they could've obviously spotted during the CV screening round or the following behavioural round, before they asked me to invest tremendous time to prep for the take home assignment
