The only reason I applied for the position was because of the nicely put described job description. It gives all the good reasons to apply.
The process seemed confusing, as after applying, the interview appointment stated that I am interviewing for the position of Technical Support Engineer, whereas I applied for Technical support POS.
After applying and going through the hiring process apparently you are not sufficient for the role because you got stuck on one question. Role states IT knowledge is a plus (which actually means it's an advantage, but not a requirement), and even though you have the actual knowledge you are still not good enough. If you are stuck on a question and ask regarding it (which states on the mail if you have questions please contact us), I suggest you don’t because they will mention this in the feedback.
After submitting the case study, it stated that I had submitted the case study for ; Technical support French speaking role, which is again another position (as I stated above).
I suggest that job descriptions are written to the actual needs of what you are looking for, instead of disappointing people and wasting their time.
