I applied in-person. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Adyen (Amsterdam) in Jan 2025
Interview
There are in total 6 rounds of interviews
1. With hiring manager
2. Take home online assignment
3. Behaviour
4. Tech and day-to-day work
5. Leadership
6. CEO
I got rejected after 4th round. The feedback was tailored to a personal level which I appreciate. But the questions in the 4th round were very random and I sensed the vibes were very off.

Interview
Too many stages (6) for an average salary. Quite fast to receive feedback. Technical interview was with junior data analysts who have no idea what questions to ask and how to ask such as “how did you feel when writing this code?” “what are the pros and cons of using this line word in your code?”.

6 rounds of interviews with various departments. Got a case study that needed at least 5-6 hours of effort before even speaking to anyone. Did not proceed. Have to present the case study thereafter to a panel. Singapore office
The 4th interview was cancelled on the last minute with an automatic rejection mail. I would assume at least a personalized rejection mail after weeks of process and 3 hour long coding exams.
