The interview process was not structured at all. They kept telling me that I would have to interview "1 more person" after the last person was supposed to be the "Last Person."

Contacted outreach coordinator. Scenario questions involving dementia. Looking for a response that suggests that you know what to do or who to ask. No experience needed. Confidence is key. Be open to learning and asking questions.
