Interview
I interviewed for a Lead-level backend role, but the experience was quite disappointing. There seemed to be no clear structure or standard in the interview process. The interviewer appeared unprepared and relied on random questions from the internet, many of which were not aligned with the seniority of the role. For example, I was asked, "What is the class of out in System.out?" — a question more appropriate for a fresher than someone with years of industry experience.
None of the questions reflected the responsibilities or expectations of a Lead-level position. Overall, the process lacked depth, relevance, and professionalism, raising serious concerns about the company's hiring maturity and role clarity.
