AeroTEC interview questions

The first interview took place with the Recruiting Manager. It was very conversational, with her asking questions about my work history. She began the conversation by telling me that this was "more of a conversation and less of an interview". While the conversation flowed easily, I never heard from her again, even after sending multiple follow up emails.

Great interview, overall good experience. Interview process lasted for 2 weeks. I declined the position because of the compensation otherwise if I was offered more I would have accepted the position
