I was then selected for a 2nd round interview with the service desk manager and IT director. It was not a super technical interview; they were mostly concerned about finding the right fit personality-wise. I enjoyed chatting with them. It felt like a casual interview, not too serious.

Didn't receive an offer, but overall positive experience. Quick and transparent process. Straightforward interviews without any curveball or trick questions. Overall friendly interviewers.
